Crown left frustrated

In the King’s Lynn Sunday League Crown can yet again feel aggrieved after losing out at home to Bentinck 3-2 in a game which they should have won.

Bentinck led the game at half time with Crown dominating possession but never looking like scoring.

In the second half Bentinck took a 2-0 lead from a player Crown felt should have been sent off earlier in the game.

Crown then scored through the persistent Dwayne Morton but Bentinck struck a third on the break.

Crown pulled another goal back from centre half Stuart Brown who hit an unstoppable volley.

Crown intend pulling out of the league at the end of the season.
