March Town 5, Histon 3

What a comeback as the Hares reached the Cambs Cup semi-final.

The Hares went 1-0 up in the first minute with a Dan Woods penalty. It was 3-1 to Histon with 18 minutes left but four great goals before the end finished it off. Woods and Escorcio traded goals, with overall Escorcio getting two and Woods bagging a hat-trick.

On the same day the area for the new clubhouse has been fenced off and marked out.

n In the Cambs League, Upwell’s match with Doddington was postponed 90 minutes before kick off, so Jack Watson and Matt Thomas dropped down to the reserves to assist them with their 2-1 win over Coldham United.
