Hares are aiming for an early double

MARCH Town on Saturday head to Cornard, a team they beat recently to register their first win of the season, and manager Paul Crosbie believes the Hares can complete their first double.

He said of the away trip: “If we approach the game the way we did last week then it’ll prove to be difficult. If we approach it the way we did this week we have every chance. If we pick up points on the road then we can have a good season and surprise a few teams.

“Even the lads who have not been in the side have helped with things in training. We’ve been working on building a squad and we have some very talented players.”

Robbie Masters is back after missing the weekend win due to family commitments. Stuart Porter completes his two game suspension while Ben Collett has a three-game ban – both bans carrying over from their Chatteris days.

March Town on Tuesday travel to Fakenham Town.
