UNDER 14

Estover Park 1, Riverside 4

A hard fought match against one of the top teams in the league but the Park girls showed excellent determination.

Riverside scored the opener but this was cancelled out by a Fran Plitsch strike from the edge of the area.

The visitors led 2-1 at half time and then a poor spell from Park allowed the visitors to move to a 4-1 lead.

Lizzie Jackson (pom) had an excellent last game.

UNDER 15

Estover Park 0, Wyberton 1

A flukey goal was the difference in this clash as Park defended well in an impressive first half, but could not find the net.

Wyberton were stronger in the second half and a cross lobbed keeper Dani Westgate for the only goal. Westgate (pom) made a couple of great saves and Sophie Powell was impressive at right back.
