Lilies triumph and keep a clean sheet in away contest at Milton

Chatteris Town won 2-0 at Milton in the Cambs League Senior A, with goalkeeper Matthijs Nooteboom delighted to keep a clean sheet and the goals coming from Tony Brown and Jack Saunders.

The Reserves nearly pulled off an upset in the Cambs Junior Challenge Cup against Peterborough Premier League team Thorney. They came back to 2-2 (Alex Carman and Nick Streets), before conceding a 3-2 defeat.

The A team lost 7-1 to Houghton and Wyton, the number two in their league, James Bradshaw on target.

The U18 match against Peterborough Northern Star was postponed due to severe rainfall.

They travel to Royston tonight.
