March clinched the league title in style with a devastating attacking performance.

Rangers have now secured their third consecutive league title and promotion.

“An incredible achievement and fully deserved. Hard work certainly does pay off,” said manager, Kane Chapman.

Goals: Sam Smethurst, Harrison Deighton, Kyle Liddy, Finley Clark (2) and Fyn Smith (3).

Hungate Rovers Greens 3, Downham Market 0

Greens recorded their third clean sheet in a row but were made to work hard for it by an impressive team.

The first half finished goalless with both sides hitting the the woodwork. After the break Hungate got into their stride with some great attacking play.

Their efforts were rewarded by three clinical strikes from Kyle Campbell and Aaron Buckley (2). Aaron’s second was the pick with a fantastic first time shot.

Credit to both sides for some attractive attacking football, helped by the ref who allowed the game to flow.

Under 11

Docking 0, Hungate 12

A comfortable win for Hungate who expected to dominate.

MoM: Harry Wright, worked hard in attack and scored five.

Park Farm Red 1

March Soccer School Reds went on a goal spree.

Goals from MoM Josh Kirby (5), Jack Hayes (4), Duke Higham (3), Charlie Slack (2), Quinn Canavan, Chaz Thurlby and Joe Smith.

Full credit to both teams for working hard until the final whistle.

l March Rangers Youth FC are starting up a girls’ U11 team for season 2015/16 and are looking for girls in years 5 and 6.
