Wisbech Town boss Steve Appleby has recalled striker Nick Davey from his loan spell at Yaxley and taken midfielder Adam Millson on loan again from Boston United.
Both players started and played big parts in the FA Vase win at Witham and look certain to start again this Saturday in the Ridgeons Premier Division game at Walsham.
Appleby may also be forced to make a further addition to his squad now he has further injury problems with Anthony Reeve aggravating a groin injury and Lewis Thompson with possible ankle ligament damage.
“It looks as though we may lose Reeve and Thompson until after Christmas and we also have Nimmo and Cartwight suspended for the Yarmouth game on December 17 so we are a bit stretched,” he said.
Nimmo is struggling to make the Walsham game because of work and stated on Twitter that he would not be playing again in 2011. But that is news to Appleby who plans to speak to the player later this week.
Callum Reed and Matt Lunn should be available for Saturday.
