Saracens in top scalp

March Saracens ran out worthy winners as they beat top of the table and previously unbeaten Pott Row Old Boys 4-1 in the West Norfolk Sunday League.

A long range effort from defender Andrew Claridge (mom) opened Saracens’ account but slack defending allowed Pott Row to reply with a simple equaliser to send the teams in level at the break.

In the second half the home team stepped up a gear and the influential Paul Rowell’s passing made the difference with two strikes from Jermaine Watson and a fine goal from Josh Westley wrapped up the points.
