In an entertaining game at the GER, Wisbech took the lead with a floated Emily Stephenson free-kick.

The Hares hit back with an Adele Munday corner which was adjudged not to have crossed the line. Ella Nutter also went close.

In the second half, PoM Georgia Brown got her first goal for the Hares when she calmly knocked in the rebound after hitting the bar. Shannon Kelly was also unlucky not to connect with a fine cross as the Hares increase their lead to five points.

Benwick Res 1

Benwick Athletic Reserves were unlucky to lose their penultimate game.

Frasier Casson-Rennie hit the post after United had taken an early lead. Kieran Henshaw also had a volley go just wide. Benwick equalised when a long Kieran Oldroyd throw-in was nodded in by Andy Woodard. A late Cottenham breakaway ended with the far post winner.
