Long Sutton Athletic, whose Peterborough League Division One game on Saturday at Ryhall United was postponed, are aiming for promotion in the second half of the season.
Long Sutton boss Vinnie Mackie said of his side: “We’re going well, we’re fifth with games in hand. We lost a few players and we struggled a bit early on, so we had no expectations.
“But with the squad we have got together now, because we’re doing well we are starting to get players coming back.
“We have a good 16 or 17 players making the squad at the minute.”
