Wisbech Town lost to two second half goals as the Tulips extended their 100 per cent start to seven UCL Premier games on Tuesday last week.

Three new players were in the squad for the trip: Gary Gibbs, a 27-year-old striker from Peterborough Sports; Jack Smith, a 21-year-old striker previously with Boston Town; and Ryan Fryatt, (who was 20 on Wednesday), a central defender signed from King’s Lynn Town as cover for the injured Jon Fairweather.

Reports from Peterborough said Wisbech have put in seven days for Peterborough Northern Star player Sam Murphy.
