In the eighth minute Josh Pearce flicked on a corner at the near post.
After the half-hour mark, Upwell scored a flurry of goals, with two excellent goals from Scott Beetlestone as well as an assist for Jack Watson to score from close range.
Within five minutes of the restart Pearce and Watson netted. Lakenheath scored a consolation before Mario Santos completed the scoring.
Upwell manager, Karl Schultz said: “The performance, particularly in the first half, was excellent! I rotated the team in the second half to take into account a few players who are missing next week and that was one of the main reasons for our slightly disjointed second half performance.”
