Wisbech Town FC manager Dick Creasey has won the UCL Premier Division Manager Of The Month award for February.

It’s the third successive February a Fenmen boss has scooped the accolade, with Brett Whaley last year following Creasey.

Due to the postponement of Saturday’s UCL KO Cup Semi-Final at Desborough Town following a waterlogged pitch at the aptly-named Waterworks Field, a number of changes have been made to the Fenmen’s fixtures for the remainder of the season.

Next Saturday’s (March 11) trip to Northampton Sileby Rangers has been replaced by the Semi-Final at Desborough.

WTFC now travel to Sileby on Saturday, April 22. The trip to Sleaford originally planned for that day will now take place the week before on Easter Saturday, April 15.

This means that the away game at Eynesbury will now be played on Tuesday, March 21 (7.45pm) instead of Easter Saturday.

The annual meeting of Wisbech Town FC will be held in the clubhouse, Fenland Stadium, Lynn Road, Wisbech PE14 7AL on Monday, March 27 at 7pm. All shareholders are invited to attend.

The Reserves ran out 5-1 winners against Stilton on Saturday. Adan-Jay Lewis, Kieran Hamilton (2) and Sam Cubberley (2) were the goalscorers.

Two goals came from ex-Wisbech striker Harry Limb in 5-0 win against Derby in Burnley’s Under 23 fixture. Hot shot Limb recently signed for the Premiership club.

A reminder about this Friday’s ‘An Evening with Wisbech Town Legends Jackie Gallagher, Roy McManus, Keith Rudd and Ian Benjamin’ hosted by boss Dick Creasey. Free entry at the clubhouse at 7pm.
