Gedney Hill Golf Club held its joint Captains’ Day last week and £1,617 was raised for the charity CALM (Campaign Against Living Miserably).

The picture shows Charles Britton (owner), Colin Rust (club captain) and Lynn Exley (lady captain) presenting a cheque to Colin’s granddaughter Tylia.

Tylia had already raised over £600 for the charity, which is close to her family’s heart, by doing a parachute jump. Together with the donation from the Golf Club, this will be a welcome boost to the charity’s funds.
