Fenland Running Club’s Jack Trow won the first under 20 prize in the Thorney 5-mile road race on Sunday in a time of 28:31.
Despite very hot weather conditions 11 Fenland Runners competed in this highly competitive race and good times were achieved across the whole team.

Ten members of March AC took part in the Thorney 5-mile which had a total of 207 runners.
First home for the club was Debra Wait (Vet 45) who also won the 4th lady prize with a time of 33.06 and 41st out of 207.
Mick Stacey was first man home in a time of 34.09 putting him in 54th place overall.
