Chatteris boxing sensation Jordan Gill steps into the ring for his third professional bout at the Bonus Arena, Hull on Saturday.
The 18-year-old has won his first two fights in Sheffield and Bluewater with the minimum of fuss.
Ringside pundit and ex-world champion Jim Watt declared Gill as “impressive” after his first win and Gill now fights his most experienced opponent yet, Pavels Senkovs (Mansfield), who has had over 50 fights, winning two.
Certainly Jordan, who has spent the last week high altitude training in Fuertaventura, is in a very confident mood and warned: “I do not care who I come up against because I am going to win and am determined to put on a top performance in Hull.
“I am as fit as I can be and the training has gone really well. In Fuertaventura I have been sparring with the likes of Kell Brook, Kid Galahad and Leigh Woods which is good experience for me and I am raring to go.”
