FENLAND Running Club and March AC were both represented at the Stamford Striders’ St Valentine 30K race on Sunday which is recognised nationally as a tough event, with hills galore and providing a good training run for those planning to run the Flora London Marathon.
Ten Fenland RC members were among the 632 finishers and first home was Richard Dix in 117th place in a time of 2.15.33. First lady home for Fenland was Melanie Murdoch in a PB time for the distance of 2.32.41.
