SQUASH

Wisbech Squash Club will be hosting a free taster session on Friday, open to the public to try their hand at either squash or racketball at Harecroft Road.

Faye Kowalewsky, a Level 3 England squash and racketball coach will be on hand to offer advice and provide coaching. The session will run from 7pm-8.30pm and all equipment will be provided.

A court challenge racketball competition will take place on January 22 at 10am. The competition is a fun challenge open to all ages and abilities. All participants are guaranteed at least two games. Once again equipment can be provided if players do not have their own.

Sutton Bridge Bowls Club annual meeting is at the Sutton Bridge Constitutional Club on Thursday, February 3 at 7pm.

CRICKET

Wisbech Town Cricket Club have started their indoor nets as they prepare for the 2011 season. The sessions are held at Thomas Clarkson College with adults on Sundays from 1-3pm and juniors on Monday nights from 6.30pm.
