Anglian Players are busy rehearsing for their latest production “Reality Check.”

Written by Alan Hooks, it is a comedy in two acts being performed on February 8 and 9 at

7.30pm in the Skoulding Suite of March Town Hall.

The production begins with Peter, who lives alone in his flat and is at stage of his life where he wonders where life will take him. He’s a writer although in his mother’s eyes he has always been a disappointment, especially as his brother is a successful banker. To add insult to injury Peter’s Brother, James, married Peter’s long term girlfriend Amy. Add to the mix Peter’s friend Simon who seems to be a permanent resident in peters flat and the madcap sketches that peter writes coming to life in between each scene, you have a comedy that is both touching at

times yet also very funny and almost surreal.

With a wide array of characters, a great story line and several sketches that will have the audience roaring in the aisles, “Reality Check” has a little bit of something for everyone.

Tickets for the show are £4 (concessions £3.50) from from Panini’s Coffee Shop located on the Market Place of March. For more information about this event and future ones, contact March Town Hall Events through their website or telephone
