Armed police respond to reports of handgun at flat in Wisbech

Police were called to a property in Wisbech which was believed to contain a weapon.

Officers were sent to a flat at Albert Court yesterday morning at 11.40am after receiving reports of a handgun.

Armed officers attended and found it to be a BB gun.

There were no injuries and no arrests, police confirmed.
