Months of the year was the theme for this year’s Christchurch Flower Festival.
As well as the floral displays in the church, there was also a craft exhibition at the festival.
One of the items on display was a quilt created by all the Church of England schools in the Ely diocese. Each school created a panel and the quilt was put together by the women of the cathedral. The quilt had a lot of interest from visitors.
Festival organisers said there was a steady flow of visitors. Cream teas were also popular at the home of Malcolm and Ann Hicks, in the village, who opened up their lovely gardens on Saturday and Sunday.
The festival started on Friday and ended on Sunday with songs of praise.
