A host of trainees at Lincolnshire based chartered accountants Moore Thompson are celebrating after recent exam successes.

The firm, which has offices in Wisbech, Spalding and Market Deeping, saw success in each office.

Firstly, Lorna Larham, who works in the audit and accounts department at the Wisbech office, successfully completed the final level of the AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualification and therefore becomes AAT qualified.

Meanwhile, Charlotte Lay who is also based at the Wisbech office, has passed two further exams towards the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) qualification.

At the Spalding office, Craig Tolliday has passed a further paper in studying for the CTA (Chartered Tax Adviser) qualification.

In addition at the Spalding office, Emma Wilson, Michael Sellars and Michelle Louth, are all celebrating after passing their respective exams under the ACCA (Association of Certified Chartered Accountants) qualification. Emma now only has one exam remaining before becoming ACCA qualified.

Furthermore, James Walsham from the audit and accounts department at Spalding has also passed his penultimate level towards the AAT qualification.

There was also success at the firm’s Market Deeping office, with both Ben Louth and Jodie North successfully passing their ACCA examinations. Ben and Jodie both passed two exams each, with Ben only two exams away from full qualification.

Craig Reid, training partner at Moore Thompson, said “Congratulations to all our trainees who have passed their respective exams. They have all worked tremendously hard, so deserve a lot of praise for their achievements.”
