Beds and Cambs Wing Air Training Corps held its annual parade and review at RAF Wyton with over 300 uniformed cadets and staff involved.

Having been named the Walker Trophy winners for the best squadron in the Wing for the third year running, cadets and staff from 1220 (March) Squadron formed the prestigious escort squadron wearing white belts and gloves.

The parade was inspected by reviewing officer Group Captain Geoff Hewitt. Cadet Flight Sergeant Daniel Lowe collected the Walker Trophy on behalf of the squadron.

Officer Commanding 1220 Squadron, Flight Lieutenant Kirsty Burnham, was presented with a clasp for her Cadet Forces Medal for completing 18 years of uniformed service.

After the awards, the wing marched off with the escort squadron leading.
