The Wisbech-based Volunteer Centre Fenland has two new recruits and lots of volunteering opportunities throughout Fenland.
New faces are project worker Rebecca who is at March supporting volunteers through various events and projects held at March and Jayde who is also at March as the Timebank co-ordinator.
You can email Rebecca on: email@example.com if you would like to volunteer or you have an opportunity that Rebecca can help you with.
To contact Jayde call 07766245407 to find out lots of things to get involved with.
Both projects will have regular outreach drop-ins at March library, Wetherspoons and The Acre pub during 2013. Both projects are part-time posts.
The latest volunteering opportunities include: Can you sing or would like to learn to sing? Volunteers are needed for choirs in March and Wisbech.
Volunteers are also needed for a gardening project at March and Wisbech. A couple of lead volunteers are needed to support and advise the volunteers on this project. The centre has a number of charities who need committee members to help with book-keeping, secretarial work etc.
