Wisbech driver was uninsured and only had provisional licence

Officers on patrol in the early hours of Saturday morning stopped a driver in Wisbech who was uninsured and driving with a provisional licence.

The car was seized and the driver was reported for the offences.

He will appear in court on a date to be fixed.
