Musicians will be hoping to re-create the atmosphere of the Last Night of the Proms during a concert in Wisbech this weekend.
King’s Lynn Town Band are urging people to come along to St Peter and St Paul’s Church on Saturday with their Union flags and hats for a packed programme.
The proms came to a rousing finale on Saturday in the Royal Albert Hall with Marin Alsop.
And the band is looking to create some of the magic with classics such as Land of Hope and Glory, along with Rule Britannia.
The band will be playing songs from favourite musicals, such as Les Miserables, Lion King and Jesus Christ Superstar, and will be joined by guest soprano Anneli Killen.
King’s Lynn Town Band are looking forward to the performance.
Band master Philip Mole said: “It is the first time we have put on a Last Night of the Proms show in Wisbech. It promises to be a night of flag waving.”
Tickets cost £10 with concessions £7.50, including light refreshments.

n Fenland favourites the Clarkson Singers will be performing a medley of songs in Leverington Church on Friday night.
The programme aims to reflect the host of commerorative occasions which are taking place in 2015.
People are urged to bring along their flags to the concert, which starts at 7.30pm.
Refreshments are included in the ticket price of £5 and there will be a raffle.
