Dedicated staff at a Fenland shopping centre are giving good customer service after successfully completing a course.
Staff at Wisbech’s Horsefair Shopping Centre have been awarded their certificates following the WorldHost course.
The firm runs training courses for retail, hospitality and travel and tourism sector businesses which employ under 250 employees. Centre manager, Kevin Smith, said: “WorldHost has trained more than 160,000 people in the UK, and one million people worldwide.
“We are absolutely thrilled to have passed the training with flying colours, now we can offer an even better service to our customers.
“I am extremely proud of the Horsefair team for completing this course. Each of them already do a fantastic job, but I’m sure that the customer service skills that the course provided will empower us all to go the extra mile!
