MONEY raised at Parson Drove car show has been presented to three worthy charities.

Committee members and charity representatives went to the Swan at Parson Drove for the special presentation evening.

Despite the poor weather at this year’s show, organisers were delighted to make more than £2,000 profit over the weekend.

On Wednesday at the presentation evening, Mary Dunn, from East Anglian Air Ambulance, was presented with £500 by Pam Shortland. Roy Roberts, from Magpas, was also presented with £500, by Donna Quarrington. John Cook, from Parson Drove Amenities 95 Committee, was presented with £1,000 by Jackie Pugh.

Next year’s Parson Drove Custom and Classic Car, Bike and Trike weekend will take place on July 14 and 15.
