Chatteris cat sanctuary appeals for purrfect homes

The Chatteris Cats Protection charity is appealing for help to find purrfect homes for some of its rescued animals.

The organisation is hoping Citizen readers can offer new homes to a group of four sibling brothers, who are just six-months-old.

All the cats would suit quiet, patient owners who are prepared to give them time to adjust to their new surroundings.

Bobby, the only tabby of the group, is a very affectionate and cuddly young man who loves to play and have a fuss made of him.

Pure black Jet is calm and well behaved but also loves to play, while Inky and Minty are the playful clowns of the group.

All the cats have been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and are up to date with flea and worm treatment.

A charity spokesman said: “All we ask for is an adoption fee which does not cover all of the above but goes towards it, so if people feel able to donate on top of this we are grateful.”

Details of all cats available and adoption fees can be found at: or by ringing the charity on 0845 647 2180.
