Police have today (Friday) charged an Elm man for the murder of Terry McSpadden.
Police investigating the disappearance of 24-year-old Terry, from Outwell Road, Elm, have charged 32-year-old Jonathon Porter, also of Outwell Road, Elm, with his murder.
Terry went missing from his home in the village in March 2007. Officers have carried out a number of searches to try to locate the father of two, but he has not been found.
Following a case review by the Norfolk and Suffolk Major Investigation Team, Jonathon Porter has been charged with murder and has been detained in police custody to appear before Norwich Magistrates tomorrow (Saturday).
