Two people have been arrested in connection with a police officer scam across the county.
A 16-year-old boy and a 22-year-old man, both from Cambridge, have been arrested and are currently in custody.
Police are continuing to warn people in Cambridgeshire not to fall foul of the scam which has been taking place over the past three months.
In the scam, the victim is called by someone claiming to be a police officer and told:
• A criminal has been arrested with a substantial sum of money on them and a list of names and addresses, including yours.
• Your bank is under investigation for putting fraudulent bank notes into your bank account.
