Determined Fenland schoolboy hands over cash for school's minibus appeal

A 12-year-old schoolboy who raised more than £1,200 towards a specially adapted minibus for his school has handed over the cash.

Theo Hall, who has cerebral palsy, presented the money he raised by completing 1km a day during the six weeks summer holiday using either his walker, special bike or wheelchair, to Meadowgate Special School, in Wisbech.
He managed to complete 44km with his efforts and netted a total of £1,217.74 towards the costs of the new £35,000 minibus needed to enable pupils to enjoy outings.

Theo, who lives with his mum Caroline, dad Robin and brother James, 14, wanted a way to thank the school for its efforts during lockdown.
