Ex-England badminton player Anthony Clark mentored sporty teenagers at Thomas Clarkson Academy as part of the Sky Sports Living for Sports project.
Anthony spoke with the GCSE and BTEC PE students before working with the girls rugby team. He talked about the values of sport and how they can applied to all areas of their life, both in and out of school. They also did teamwork games and problem-solving.
Kirstie Smith, from TCA, said: “The girls really enjoyed it. It taught them a little bit more about how they can support their teammates both on and off the field.”
