TWO long serving members of staff from a village doctors’ surgery have left.
The pair, Ursula Berry and Tracey Bridgement, were treated to a meal out by their colleagues from Manea Surgery on Friday evening at the new Indian restaurant Manea Spice.
The meal followed a presentation of gifts by Dr Richard Hirson at a pre-drinks get together at the surgery.
Ursula has worked for doctors in the village for the past 39 years and has been with Dr Hirson since he took over the practice 20 years ago.
She was presented with a Radley handbag to mark her retirement.
While Tracey, who has been at the practice for 15 years and is leaving to take up a post at another surgery was given vouchers for a spa weekend.
