Fenland riders saddle up to win prizes and to help NHS appeal for King's Lynn Hospital
Horse riders, whose competition plans have been hit by the coronavirus lockdown, have still been able to win rosettes and, at the same time, make a contribution to the NHS.
Emma Openshaw, a dressage trainer, has sent the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Covid Response Fund a donation of £280 raised by her first online dressage competition.
She said: “The competition season would normally be in full swing now and everyone is missing being able to go to shows so my aim was to give them one way to set themselves a goal without breaking the stay at home rules and also check their training is on track ready for when they can get out and about again."
