Safe storage and handling of food, the most common causes of food poisoning, good hygiene practices and current legislation are among the topics that will be covered in a one-day food safety training course.
The Level 2 Food Safety Training Course is designed for anyone involved in cooking or serving food to the public.
The course will be held at The Base, Melbourne Avenue, March, on Friday, September 26, from 9.15am-4pm.
Led by Fenland District Council’s environmental health team, the course provides employers and employees with essential knowledge and understanding of good food safety management practices.
Places on the course cost £64 per person, including lunch, or £99 for two people.
