DISABLED children and their families can enjoy some free taster sessions at Hudson Leisure Centre on Saturday, from 10am to 4pm.
The taster sessions are part of a free fun day at the Wisbech leisure centre and will include trampolining from 11am to 1pm, soft play from 11am to 2pm, swimming from 2pm to 4pm, face painting and access to the Hudson’s new sensory room.
The day has been organised by Cambridgeshire County Council and Young Lives will also be using the day to gather views of disabled children and young people and their families about the leisure facilities.
Lunch and refreshments will not be provided however an area is available for families to bring along a packed lunch. Parents or carers must stay with their children throughout the day.
Please note that the leisure centre has new hoist facilities but families are to provide their own sling.
Anyone keen to attend the taster sessions should call 01480-379800 or email email@example.com as soon as possible.
