If your New Year’s resolution is to take on a brave challenge for a worthy cause, then you can sign up for a skydive in aid of a children’s charity.
Thrill-seekers from the Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire or Bedfordshire areas are being given the opportunity to take part in an exhilarating skydive this year in aid of the Children’s Trust.
Those who take part will exit the aircraft at 10,000ft, attached to their instructor before freefalling at a speed of almost 120mph at North London Parachute Centre in Wimblington, on March 10.
A deposit of £60 and sponsorship pledge is required when registering and all training and equipment will be supplied on the day.
The money raised from the skydives will benefit The Children’s Trust, a national charity which cares for some of the UK’s most severely disabled children, and rehabilitation to children with an acquired brain injury.
