THE annual Wisbech and District Historic Vehicle Club’s Road Run is being held on Sunday.
The Run, sponsored by Elgood’s, starts at Somers Road car park in Wisbech at 9.30am and will go through local towns and villages before reaching Perkins Engines in Peterborough at 11.15am.
The vehicles will display at Perkins for one hour before leaving and heading back to Wisbech by a different route.
The static display at Somers Road car park will open to the public between 2pm and 4pm. Cups and rosettes will be presented between 3.45pm and 4pm.
This year is the 20th anniversary of the Run and organisers hope it will be bigger and better.
Vehicles owned by club members range in age from the 1920s to the 1980s and encompass most modes of road transport, from vans and military vehicles to cars and scooters.
All money raised by the Run is donated to charity and over £10,000 has been donated to local good causes since it started.
