DESPITE the poor weather, the Parson Drove Classic and Custom Car, Bike and Trike Show was well attended on Sunday.
This resulted in another successful year, with profits estimated to be in excess of £2,000.
Show entries were slightly down this year for the Show and Shine in the bike classes but nevertheless, there were still 156 show entries.
The winner of the Car Blow Up was Roger Salter, predicting the time at 10 minutes 42 seconds and the Speedo Reading competition was won by L Brodigan, being the nearest to the correct answer with 685.

Class 5 Best Car in Show, sponsored by John & June Rose, 110 Mark Vaughan with a Ford Mustang.
Class 6 Best Classic Bike, sponsored by J.B. Bikes, 98 A Stimpson with a Triton.
Class 7 Best Custom Bike, sponsored by Fenland Choppers, 125 O Laos with a Triumph Thunderbird.
Class 8 Best Pre 50’s Classic Bike sponsored by Harmony Roofing, 94 G Allison with a Norton ES2.
