NHS Cambridgeshire, Cambridgeshire County Council, district councils and other organisations in Cambridgeshire are looking at how ill health can be prevented and good health promoted. We are conducting a survey to find out what you think about preventing ill health in those aged between 16 and 64.

This survey will inform the Prevention Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA). Organisations use the information found in the JSNA to plan services which will help prevent ill health.

Val Thomas Consultant in Public Health said: “It is important that we know and understand what people living in Cambridgeshire think about the prevention of ill health so we can plan services to meet the need of residents.”

The survey can be found on or contact Alex Parr on 01223-725299 or email: if you would prefer a paper copy.

The survey is entirely confidential, please leave out any questions you prefer not to answer. This consultation closes on August 19 2011.
