A new fitness programme is starting in Chatteris and should appeal to fans of Strictly Come Dancing.
Fitsteps is a new concept created by Ian Waite and Natalie Lowe from Strictly, merging together the graceful steps of ballroom dancing with the up-tempo steps of Latin American dancing.
Elaine Allgood from Allgood School of Dancing in Chatteris is one of the first qualified Fitsteps instructors in the country and is today (Wednesday) launching classes in Fenland.
The class will be held at 7.30pm at Chatteris Leisure and is a fun and energetic way to get fit, cost £4.50 per class or £4 for gym members.
Elaine is a fully qualified professional dancing teacher, specialising in Ballroom and Latin American and runs a successful dancing school.
