Kicking the habit

PARSON Drove Pharmacy is offering individual plans to help people quit smoking to mark No Smoking Day on March 14.

Research by health website revealed more than 50 per cent of smokers in Cambridgeshire blamed lack of support and no motivation for failing to quit.

Parson Drove pharmacist Paul Hempsall said: “All smokers have to do is walk in without the need for an appointment and we’ll be there to assist them with all the support and encouragement they need to tackle their cravings.”

Smokers will be given a private consultation and health check and information on the best nicotine replacement therapy to suit their needs.
