THE Horsefair’s annual fun day will return to the centre with lots of fun activities for all the family to enjoy.

The free event will take place between 10am and 2pm, on Wednesday, August 22 and will see the return of Spider Mountain which is always a popular attraction at the fun day.

Other activities on the day include a fairground ride, face painting, balloon modelling and Mr Rainbow will perform his Magical Summer Show at 11am and 1pm entertaining children and their families.

Youngsters will have an opportunity to take part in a Horse Hunt window competition to be in with a chance of winning some prizes; they can also have their photo taken with the Kodak store’s very own Donald Duck character at a cost of 99p for a 6x4 photo.

Local police will carry out a public engagement day, giving visitors and shoppers an opportunity to speak to them and they will also be providing a free postcoding service for mobile phones and bikes.
