Jacquie’s snow challenge

Jacquie Peate (22), of Chatteris, is teaming with three friends to take part in a ski/snowboard challenge to help underprivileged children.

They are raising money for Snow Camp, which gives inner city and underprivileged children the chance to take part in snow sports in order to help their development and career outlook.

They, with the exception of Jade, who is skiing, will be snowboarding at five UK indoor snow centres, aiming to do as many runs as they can at each centre in 30 minutes on October 25. They need to raise as much as they can before September to ensure the rally will go ahead and are appealing for sponsorship.
