Emergency services were called to the accident just after 5pm on Friday, February 3 last year to reports of a crash involving a Jaguar XKR with three occupants.

Paramedics attended and all three were taken to Addenbrooke’s hospital with serious injuries. Grace died the following day as a result of her injuries and Peggs and the 18-year-old passenger remained in hospital for some time.

A spokesman for Cambridgeshire Fire & Rescue confirmed at the time that two crews from Wisbech were called to the accident and firefighters used specialist equipment to release two casualties – a third casualty was out of the vehicle on arrival.
