Man died after Sutton Bridge crash

Police have announced that a man has died following a collision in Sutton Bridge earlier today.
A Vauxhall Meriva and a lorry were involved in a collision at 9.22am on on Centenary Way, Sutton Bridge.
The 40-year-old man, who was the driver of the Meriva, was pronounced dead at the scene. His family have been informed by police.
A road closure remains in place and the road is expected to open later this evening.
A statement from the force says: "We are appealing for any witnesses and anyone with dashcam footage to contact us on 101, quoting incident 97 of Friday 16 December."
