Man breaking COVID-19 regulations in Wisbech had a hammer

A man has been arrested in Wisbech after Fenland Council CCTV operatives spotted a group breaching COVID-19 social distancing regulations.

A group of males were spotted drinking in Union Place and when officers arrived, a hammer and other items were found on one male without any lawful excuse.

The man was arrested and the items seized.
