Man injured in Upwell industrial incident

A man has been injured in an industrial incident in Upwell earlier this afternoon (Wednesday, March 23).

Ambulance crews were called to the site just before 1.20pm after receiving reports of a burns.

A man in his 20s suffered injuries to his head, neck and chest. The injuries are not thought to be life threatening.

He was flown to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King’s Lynn, by the Magpas Air Ambulance. He was stable on arrival.

The helicopter team were: pilot Dickie Eastwood and crew member Lee Kennedy
