A man will face trial next year charged with three offences.
Edgars Petrovs, 34, of Elm Road in Wisbech, appeared at King's Lynn Magistrates' Court on Thursday for a preliminary hearing.
He faces three charges, including driving a vehicle when above the legal alcohol limit.
He has also been accused of using that vehicle without third party insurance, and of driving it otherwise than in accordance with a license.
Appearing unrepresented and communicating through an interpreter, Petrovs was given a trial date of May 16 next year. He will return to the Lynn court on that date.
He has been granted conditional bail in the meantime, which states he should not visit the Shell garage in Wisbech.
